Use every stake and tether. On a driveway or patio, use the sand bags instead of stakes. Take it down before winds above about 20 mph.

Unplug the fan overnight and whenever no one is home. Take it down in high wind or storms.

Light rain is fine while the fan runs from a GFCI outlet. Unplug it and take it down in heavy rain, thunderstorms or winds above about 20 mph.

Free on every order to the 48 contiguous states. There is no minimum.

We process orders in 1 to 2 business days, and most arrive 3 to 7 business days after that. October and December can run a few days longer, so order early.

Yes. You get tracking by email when it leaves our warehouse. If it has not moved in 3 business days, email david@loomiholidays.com and we will chase the carrier.

Yes, within 30 days of delivery. It must be clean, dry and boxed with every part, and you pay return shipping. Read the full policy.

Email david@loomiholidays.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We replace it or refund you in full, and you pay no return shipping.

Within 7 days of delivery we cover shipping damage, a fan that does not work, bad stitching or seams, and missing parts. See our product promise.

Email david@loomiholidays.com as soon as you can. We can usually change an order before it ships, but not once it is on the way.

Add any two inflatables to your cart and the second is 50% off at checkout, with no code. It applies to the item of equal or lesser value.

Spot-clean with a soft cloth, cool water and mild soap. Never use bleach, a pressure washer or a washing machine.

Let it dry completely, deflate it fully and box it with the fan and hardware. Store it somewhere cool and dry. Packing it damp causes mildew.
