Shipping Policy

Free shipping on every order

All Loomi Holidays orders ship free within the 48 contiguous United States. There is no minimum order value and no surprise charges at checkout.

Where we ship

We ship to the 48 contiguous United States. We are not able to ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands, other U.S. territories, APO/FPO addresses, international destinations, or freight forwarders.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. holidays). Orders placed after 12:00 PM PT are processed the next business day.

Delivery time

Once shipped, most orders arrive within 3–7 business days depending on your location. During peak Halloween and holiday season (October and December), carrier networks are busier and delivery can take a few days longer. We recommend ordering early if you need your inflatable for a specific date.

Tracking

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order leaves our warehouse. If tracking has not updated within 3 business days of shipment, email us at david@loomiholidays.com and we will chase the carrier for you.

Wrong address, lost, or damaged shipments

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout — we cannot reroute a package once it is in transit. If your package arrives damaged, or tracking shows delivered but nothing arrived, contact us within 7 days of the delivery date with photos where applicable and we will make it right.
