30-day returns

If your Loomi Holidays inflatable is not right for your yard, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund.

What qualifies

• The item is returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
• The item is in original, resalable condition — clean, dry, fully deflated, and packed in its original box with the blower, stakes, tethers, and any included hardware.
• The item is free of yard debris, pet hair, paint, tape residue, tears, or patches.

How to start a return

1. Email david@loomiholidays.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
2. We will reply with return instructions within 1–2 business days. Approved returns are sent to Loomi Holidays, 437 North Vincent Ave, Covina, CA 91722.
3. Ship the item back using a trackable service.

Return shipping

Return shipping is paid by the customer. Original shipping was free, so no shipping charge is deducted from your refund. We recommend a trackable, insured service — we cannot refund a return we never receive.

Refunds

Once your return arrives and passes inspection, we issue your refund to the original payment method within 3–5 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take a few additional days to post it.

If something is wrong on arrival

We stand by our products. If your inflatable arrives damaged, the blower doesn’t work out of the box, or the stitching or seams aren’t right, email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos or a short video. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you — you will not pay return shipping in these cases.

Exchanges

We do not process direct exchanges. Return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the design you want.

Not returnable

Items returned after 30 days, items showing outdoor use or weather exposure, and items missing the blower, stakes, or tethers cannot be refunded.

Our product promise
