Product Safety & Care
Set up safely, store smart, last longer
Loomi inflatables are large outdoor decorations. A few minutes of correct setup and care makes the difference between one season and many.
Before you inflate
- Choose flat, open ground clear of sprinkler heads, sharp rocks, thorny plants, fences, and low branches.
- Keep the inflatable at least 3 feet away from grills, fire pits, candles, heaters, and outdoor fireplaces.
- Unroll the inflatable fully and inspect the fabric and blower cord for tears, cuts, or fraying before powering on.
Electrical safety
- Plug into a GFCI-protected outdoor outlet. Use an outdoor-rated extension cord only.
- Never run the blower from a damaged cord, a submerged outlet, or an indoor cord routed through a window.
- Do not cover the blower or block its air intake. It needs clear airflow to run cool.
- Unplug during rain storms, high wind, and when the display is unattended overnight.
Anchoring
- Use every stake and tether included. Archways catch a lot of wind — partial anchoring is the most common cause of damage.
- On hard surfaces such as driveways or patios, use sandbags or weight bags instead of stakes.
- Take the inflatable down before winds above roughly 20 mph, thunderstorms, or snow loading.
Around kids and pets
- These are decorative inflatables, not play structures. Do not allow children to climb, jump on, or enter them.
- Keep cords and tethers out of walkways to prevent trip hazards.
- Keep pets away from the fabric and blower.
Cleaning
Spot-clean with a soft cloth, cool water, and mild soap. Do not use bleach, solvents, or a pressure washer. Never machine wash or machine dry.
Storage
Make sure the inflatable is completely dry before packing — storing it damp causes mildew and staining. Deflate fully, fold loosely, and store with the blower, stakes, and tethers in the original box in a cool, dry place away from rodents and direct sunlight.
