If your archway arrives damaged, the blower doesn't work out of the box, or the stitching or seams aren't right, email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We'll send a replacement or refund you in full, and you won't pay any return shipping. You also have 30 days to return it if it simply isn't right for your yard.
